Thirty days to a brand new ArchAngel Institute

100_2714The deadline for the Culture of Death to file an appeal against the Honorable Judge William C. Lee’s ruling on Bryan Brown’s Rule 60 motion was midnight, September 8, 2009.  (CLICK HERE TO READ THAT RULING)

If such an appeal had been filed then the Culture of Death – by and through either abortionist  Ulrich George Klopfer or by and through the Women’s Health Organization  (ostensibly still managed by feminist fatale Susan Hill) – then the C.O.D. could have fought back and attempted to yet hold Brown and the address of 827 Webster Street (their former slaughterhouse) in certain economic chains.

Thanks be to God and our Lady (September 8, the celebration of a special birth, was an interesting deadline on this 19 year old legal case), the August 6, 2009 Order of the Court (issued on the Feast of the Transfiguration) is now solid rock!  The injunction and its ancillary orders, including the February 20, 1991 order that Brown and Wendell Brane pay $61,616 … is no more!!!  (Fully satisfied under the law, with the case dismissed once and forever.)

“with Mary’s birth the darkness is dispersed and there rises in the world the dawn that announces the Sun of Justice, Christ the Lord.”

Donegal Corridor filed its motion that began the process of unraveling this injustice prayerfully and on the date of its attorney’s (David Wemhoff) choosing:  The Feast Day of St. George (the dragonslayer). This ruling was a milestone — even the Raison d’être – for the Donegal Corridor.  Click here to understand why.

Thanks be to God, all of his Saints (dead and living) and Judge William C. Lee for today’s final triumph over those who sued Brown and Brane during Holy Week, 1990.

Here are former posts on the abortionist Klopfer and culture of death profiteer Susan Hill from this website as background for this great victory.

BREAKING NEWS: VICTORY IN FEDERAL COURT TODAY!

Thursday, August 6th, 2009

Judge William C. Lee has today vacated the injunction that he himself placed at 827 Webster Street eighteen years ago.  He was so moved by the Donegal Corridor, through president Berenice Brown, with a supporting affidavit from The ArchAngel Institute, by Board President Keith Brown, as well as a motion from Bryan J. Brown, defendant in the original action, with a supporting affidavit from John R. Brown.

Donegal Corridor was well represented by South Bend attorney and author/journalist/Afghanistan War veteran David Wemhoff , who is co-author of this work.

The federal court granted Bryan Brown’s motion in full, vacating both the injunction and the order of February 21, 1991 that saddled all three Defendants (Wendell Brane and one other) with the duty to pay the abortionists the devilish amount of $61,616.

The original litigation is discussed at this post and the post after that post.

In a nutshell:

1.  Brown, Brane and more than 1000 others took part in Northeast Indiana Rescue’s ’sit-ins’ at 827 Webster Street.  See, e.g. this post.

2.  The leadership (Browns and Brane) were hammered in federal court by slick NYC, NOW and ACLU affiliated attorneys using subsequently discredited legal theories that placed an injunction on 827 Webster Street keeping Brown away from the building.

3.  That same hammering resulted in a Feb 20, 1991 order that Brown pay fees directly to the abortion clinic.

4.  Brown pretty much lost everything and left the Fort for Wichita, where he confronted George Tiller, led a boycott shutting down on the nation’s largest abortionist training camps, did 68 days federal incarceration for civil contempt for refusing to pledge a sacred oath to a federal judge, and fell in love with the prettiest sidewalk counselor in Wichita, Anne Walker.

5.  Brown left Wichita for Regent University School of Law in ‘93, married Anne in ‘94, hired on as one of Don Wildmon’s constitutional law attorneys (American Family Association) in ‘96, had his first born son in ‘97, second son in 2000.

6.  Left AFA to become a Deputy Attorney General under Phill Kline in 2003.  Third born son in 2003, beautiful daughter in 2006, was strung up by George Tiller, Planned Parenthood and the Left during the campaign of 2006.

7.  Advised his father to buy 827 Webster Street in 2007, launched the ArchAngel Institute in 2007,  moved back to Fort Wayne in November, 2007.

8.  Redeemed the former abortion clinic from the ravishes of spiritual and physical neglect during 2008, fourth born son documented on this site December, 2008.

9.  Has fought quite a battle to move his admission into Indiana, (many posts herein) after having passed character and fitness review in Kansas, Montana, Missouri, before the National Board of Law Examiners and the United States Supreme Court.

10.  Has documented many seeming unconstitutional acts while in Indiana and launched an attack against the February 20, 1991 fees order after Donegal Corridor launched an attacked against the 1990 injunction at 827 Webster Street.

11.  Brown is “praising his Risen King and Sacrificed Savior for today’s victory in federal court and is planning more exciting court filings in the near future.”

The work of the ArchAngel Raphael Division continues…

Wednesday, December 24th, 2008

Retta Kohrman is at the ArchAngel Institute every day, even when she is told not to be! Monday it was icy and zero degrees. Retta was told to stay home due to the inclement weather and fact that no one was likely to drop by the Institute that day.

Thanks be to God, Retta was “in the Spirit” and fought the elements to make it in. She filed this report after a meeting that had “destiny” written all over it . . . (edited to preserve privacy)

At 12:30PM Monday a very abortion minded young mother of two, … , came to the Institute. Her friend told her that she had her abortion here and she wanted to schedule an abortion for herself. She hadn’t had a pregnancy test but knew she was pregnant. I told her to be able to schedule an abortion she would have to have had a positive test. And that she should have an ultra sound just to make sure there was a heartbeat. Of course I told her everything I could to try to disuade her. She didn’t want to go to the Women’s Care Center but after talking with her for about 20 minutes she agreed to go if I went with her. She was pregnant and Anne Koehl said she was … in her second trimester. Still abortion minded after counseling with Marta, Anne and myself she opened a little on current stressers ….. Marta offered some gifts for her kids and diapers/clothes and she said ok. Marta sent her to the other WCC location for something for more age appropriate gifts for one of her kids. Through talking with Barb she told of an unfortunate circumstance in which she recently lost most everything. She related her work locally and living situation with a parent. Mike [Retta's husband] and I took her to pick up her child and then to [a social network ]office where we waited for them until they were done. I then took her and her child shopping for Christmas for their family from us. Delivering her home at 8PM where she hugged me and thanked me more than a few times as she did all day. Lastly, she gave me the impression that she might not have an abortion and that she will keep me informed. She said that I could phone her and made sure I had her phone number. I will be checking back on her and the kids from time to time. I think we have a saved baby.

It is easy to see why Retta is called to the ArchAngel Institute. When you consider end of year gifts realize that giving locally allows you the benefit of seeing how your gift is used. The Institute is being run on a shoestring budget so that Retta can make the kind of difference documented above. Please prayerfully consider a gift to keep Retta in this great position of rescue, from which she is able to pull from her own experiences and training in ministry, including years as a sidewalk counselor.

The Institute is using the building at 827 in a manner that would infuriate men of the caliber of the Pharoah of Egypt, King Herod, George Tiller and Ulrich Klopfer this Christmas season. Please aid us in our sacred mission. Bishop John D’ Arcy has. Click here for that post.

So has the Reverend Don Wildmon, founder of the American Family Association.  Click here for that post.

If you are praying for us then please leave a comment at this post.  Thank you and God Bless, Bryan

ArchAngel Raphael Division in the news

Tuesday, October 21st, 2008

Clicking on the above tile entitled Raphael Projects will reveal the Institute’s 2008 goals for that division. An important one for this quite important division was the tasteful preservation of at least part of a former abortion procedure room.

According to the New Sentinel’s pro-life columnist, Kevin Leininger, we have met that goal. We thank Kevin for taking note of this accomplishment.

The salient portion of the News Sentinel article reads as follows:

“Klopfer’s old abortion clinic at 827 Webster St. in downtown Fort Wayne still offers hints of what once happened there. Although most of the building has been beautifully restored by its new tenants, the pro-life Archangel Institute, a small section in one room has been left untouched as a sort of shrine: a corroded furnace grate hangs on a dingy, unpainted patch of wall above a small sink.

“When my dad first saw this place, he said he wouldn’t have brought a cat here to be neutered,” Director Bryan Brown said. “We’ve tried to keep some things as it was.” I [Kevin Leininger] toured the former clinic before Brown’s group bought it last year, and I can attest to the building’s unsightly conditions.

We thank Kevin for being brave enough to be politically incorrect and state the realities on the ground at 827 Webster Street when the abortionist abandoned ship due to Allen County Right to Life’s legistation mandating he clean up his act. (See picture below)

PICTURED: ONE OF THE THREE FORMER PROCEDURE ROOMS, AS IT WAS DELIVERED AT CLOSING. NOTE THE 1950′S ERA FLOORING, STAINED AND WITH GROUND IN FOOTPRINTS SHOWING WHERE THE ABORTIONISTS STOOD OVER THE 28 YEARS OF STATE SANCTIONED EXECUTIONS. NOTE THE REGISTER FOR AIR FLOW — IT IS YET ON DISPLAY AS FOUND. IT WAS NOT SANITARY AIR THAT WAS FLOWING, THAT IS FOR CERTAIN. NOTE THE ELECTRICAL BOX, SEEMINGLY ADDED INTO THE ROOM TO HANDLE THE INCREASE IN AMPS NEEDED TO OPERATE THREE SUCTION MACHINES AT ONCE. WHERE WERE FORT WAYNE’S CODE COMPLIANCE OFFICERS? NOTE THE SURGICAL SINK. STATE OF THE ART — IN THE CONGO IN 1950. WHERE WAS THE BOARD OF HEALTH? COULD ONE RUN AN ANIMAL HOSPITAL TO SUCH LOW STANDARDS?

WHERE WAS THE FORT WAYNE WOMEN’S BUREAU? DEMOCRAT FEMINISTS? PRO-CHOICE ACTIVISTS? (THE LATTER, AT A MINIMUM, WERE HERDING WOMEN IN AND THROUGH THIS BACK ALLEY MILL WITH A STOREFRONT ADDRESS AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.)

Here is a link explaining the role that Allen County Right to Life, headed by Fred Rost and Cathie Humbarger, played in the idling of the 827 Webster Street facility. (THANK YOU ACRTL) (http://www.archangelinstitute.org/abortion-and-the-annunciation/)

Here is the link to Kevin’s recent NEWS SENTINEL article quoted above. (Caveat: The Institute’s Executive Director did not say that abortion helped women. He said that he supported laws that helped protect the wellbeing of women who were undergoing abortions. The quote was seemingly “clipped” through the revising and/or editing process. We understand that a clarification will soon be printed in the newspaper.)

Study the picture above and be honest, regardless of your view on abortion as a constitutional right. Would you send your sister or daughter to Susan Hill or George Klopfer for an abortion?

Let’s face it, under Susan Hill’s management 827 Webster Street was operated as a back alley abortion clinic with a storefront entrance. And it was brought to Fort Wayne with the aid of the Fort Wayne feminists and liberal mainline churches!!! And it was kept in business due to George Klopfer’s thirst for profits. Click on the above picture — does it look like a place that loved women or loved blood money?

Easy question — very disturbing answer. Especially when one realizes that Susan Hill and George Klopfer yet ply their grisly trade in our midst.

ALSO DISTURBING —- the downstairs was painted pink (as seen above.)  The upstairs?  Baby blue, of course.  ‘Are you here to kill a baby girl or a baby doe, ma’am?”  Could there be any better way to imprint pain on the event than tying it to future baby gifts, Dr. Klopfer and Susan Hill?
The Institute applauds Allen County Right to Life’s attempts to reign in such crass and unethical profiteering in medical practice. The Institute has previously noted that ACRTL is led by a fine team of pro-life activists. Click here. http://www.archangelinstitute.org/kudos-to-cathie-humbarger-and-others/

Here is George Ulrich Klopfer’s idea of a surgical sink

Saturday, September 20th, 2008
Sanitary?

Sanitary?

Fort Wayne’s infamous abortionist, George Ulrich Klopfer, killed children and wounded women before and after “washing up” in this sink.

Note the elbow activation. Nevemind, is it not there, the sink is nothing like the one pictured in the previous post on medical sinks.

Note the foot pedal activation. Nevermind, it is not there, the sink is nothing like the one pictured in the previous post on petting zoo sinks.

Yes, it is true . . . the petting zoo in Fort Wayne demonstrates more dedication to good medical practices than did George Ulrich Klopfer while he killed babies at 827 Webster Street.

It was a back alley butcher shop with a store front address. Guarded and protected by a cadre of Fort Wayne feminists who cared so little about women that they did not even demand the “doctor” use a santiary sink. I wonder if they took turns turning the faucets off so he could at least pretend that he cared about sterility in the operating arena?

John Brown, upon taking possession of the former abortion clinic, noted that he would not even have taken a cat in there to be spayed.

Incensed??? Good, take that zeal to a rally in Fort Wayne. And begin praying and fasting too.

What a medical sink looks like . . .

Wednesday, September 17th, 2008

Here is what a medical sink in a facility that cares about women’s health looks like:

Note that the scrubbed hands need never touch a surface, one can simply turn the water off with elbows while holding the carefully scrubbed hands aloft.

What doctor would not want such a sink???

We know of one ……..

Kudos to Cathie Humbarger and others

Tuesday, August 12th, 2008

Kevin Leininger’s recent article on statewide efforts to protect women from the abortion industry was quite welcome news. Kudos to Cathie (pictured standing) and to others who are working to ensure that abortionists must have the ability to admit their wounded patients to local hospitals.

Click here to read that article.

Such common sense changes in the law are clearly intended to protect women from life threatening damage already happening. Everyone should support such a public health advancing law. Anyone who will not support such a law is pushing ideology far ahead of human life — a common happening among those dedicated to the Culture of Death, be it Stalin, Margaret Sanger or her spawn, Planned Parenthood.

This post was authored from a former abortion clinic. A former clinic that was found in an abysmal state of disrepair after the abortion industry moved out. It certainly appeared to have been operated in such a condition. Leaks in the roof, no functional heating system, “procedure room” sinks that were anything but sanitary in design (they were actually residential type sinks, circa 1970), windows far from airtight, filthy floors, filthy air ducts, filthy walls and filthy ceilings.

Many noted that they would not want a vet “fixing” cats in such an environment.

It is no wonder that women left this place sick from their invasive surgery. Indeed, we know of at least one who left here to die. It is likely that at least one of the women that Dr. Cly aided (as in helped overcome an unsanitary abortion) had her abortion right here at 827 Webster street.

Here are some past stories by the Institute that compliment the Kevin Leinacher’s recent news:

Dr. Cly’s testimony: Click here and click here

Background on 827 Webster Street: click here

Background on why the former residents left the building: click here

Now, there is someone who should have been featured in the Leininger story who escaped mention.

Someone just as responsible as Ulrich Klopfer for the wounding of women at 827 Webster Street.

Someone who claims to advance women’s rights, but who has instead made millions of dollars putting women at grave risk.

That someone exited stage left (at least in Fort Wayne) a few years ago and so was not named in Leininger’s article.

That oversite will be remedied on this website tomorrow.

April 21 we pause to remember Anselm of Canterbury, one of the greatest scholars of Church history.  He was also a man of faith, courage and action.

Here is how one website describes this very fine role model:

Anselm, like every true follower of Christ, had to carry his cross, especially in the form of opposition and conflict with those in political control. Though personally a mild and gentle man and a lover of peace, he would not back off from conflict and persecution when principles were at stake.

Open House — Setting up Station Seven

Friday, March 7th, 2008

100_1700.jpg

This is a picture of the area between the building and the public sidewalk at 827 Webster Street.  It is land that belongs to the building owner.  Which means that it was land off limits to pro-lifers back when Susan Hill owned the property.

Take this front page newspaper picture, for example.  The pro-lifers are crawling toward the steps and toward the choice piece of real estate pictured above.  Three times in 1989 pro-lifers scuttled around those raggedly bushes to sit, in large quantities, on the contested ground pictured above.

 jg1.JPG

Donegal Corridor has announced plans to remove the ratty bushes with the spring thaw.

The warmer  weather will bring about a fine opportunity for pro-lifers to loiter on the above ground without fear of trespassing charges.  But mud and dirt will not do.  What is needed is a porch of some kind, a portico if you will.

But where to get the materials for such a structure?

(Hint:  The new gas furnace needs no chimney and the old chimneys need to come down.  Click on the picture below for a closer look.)

Walking West toward Station Seven

Wednesday, March 5th, 2008

dec1020071.jpgStation Seven will take us back to the front of the Institute and back to a discussion of the Donegal Corridor, LLC.

In other words, Station Seven discusses bricks and mortar.

We traverse the original tile floor in the Institute to travel the approximately 17 yards from the Brown mirror to the front window. The Institute is abit over 7 yards wide. Thus, if my math is correct, the Institute’s entire office space could be renewed with less than 120 square yards of floor covering.

As we walk toward the front of the Institute (traversing from the east to the west, and thus walking toward the First Presbyterian Church) we pass by the kitchenette, using the term loosely, on the north. It was the “sterile room” back when the Institute was used for nefarious purposes, and is anything but that. It needs to be gutted and reborn.

p-boat-one.jpgThus this virtual tour now moves from vision and ideological to the most practical of issues. The Institute could use your help in finishing up the remodeling of this old clinic. Thousands of dollars have been poured into the building by the Brown family already. The Corridor has agreed to allow the Institute to offset rent due by volunteer work and through upgrades to the building.  Thus your donations to the Institute, either in time, in kind or in money, can offset the rent and speed us on our important mission.  (In time gifts are not tax deductible, but Donegal Corridor has agreed to count them as rent.)

For that reason this sign hangs in the brown hallway of the institute . . .

Please Pardon Our Messespecially the floor!

We are only in the Second Stage of our Launch.

Our Executive Director is officing in this building and will soon relocate his operations to the recently finished offices. (Just as soon as the flooring is finished.)

We are praying that someone will be moved to help with the flooring. We are praying for a donation to cover the cost, or a donation of materials and/or help laying the same.

We are open to donations of office equipment, office furniture, kitchen cabinets, windows, and window treatments and most all else necessary to take us past this Second Stage and into orbit as a fully functioning Institute.

The Institute is able to receive tax-deductible donations.

Thank you for joining us in praying for the success of our mission.
