VICTORY!!! (For the forces of cultural disintegration)

Thursday, August 5th, 2010
Elana Kagan will be the next Associate Justice of the Supreme Court
Vote was 63-37
The 63-37 vote was sufficient to override any possibility of a last-minute filibuster.  Five Republicans voted for her: Sen. Olympia J. Snowe (R-ME), Sen. Richard G. Lugar (R-IN), Sen. Judd Gregg (R-NH), Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC), and Sen. Susan M. Collins (R-ME).

THE SECOND COMING

WB Yeats

Turning and turning in the widening gyre /

The falcon cannot hear the falconer; /

Things fall apart; the centre cannot hold; /

Mere anarchy is loosed upon the world, /

The blood-dimmed tide is loosed, and everywhere /

The ceremony of innocence is drowned; /

The best lack all conviction,

while the worst /

Are full of passionate intensity.

Surely some revelation is at hand; /

Surely the Second Coming is at hand. /

The Second Coming! /

Hardly are those words out /

When a vast image out of Spiritus Mundi /

Troubles my sight: somewhere in sands of the desert /

A gaze blank and pitiless as the sun, /

Is moving its slow thighs, while all about it /

Reel shadows of the indignant desert birds. /

The darkness drops again; but now I know /

That twenty centuries of stony sleep /

Were vexed to nightmare by a rocking cradle, /

And what rough beast, its hour come round at last, /

Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?

Forecasting a Demographic Winter, post 3

Fears mount over slowing global demand By Alan Beattie and James Politi in Washington, Kevin Brown in Singapore and Geoff Dyer in Beijing Published: July 1 2010 19:14 |Financial Times dot com

Fears grew that the global recovery is faltering on Thursday after a slew of data pointed to weaker global demand led by slower growth in China. Figures showed manufacturing output slowing across large parts of the world, posing further challenges to leading economies as they attempt to shore up shaky fiscal positions without falling back into recession.   Asia – the world’s production powerhouse whose economies are still largely dependent on export demand – manufacturing activity indices for China, South Korea, Taiwan, India and Australia all showed weaker activity for June. The overall level of factory activity still suggested production was expanding but at a more moderate rate than in recent months.
DO YOU KNOW WHY THE CONSUMING WORLD IS SLOWING DOWN ON CONSUMPTION?

Demographic Winter: The Decline of the Human Family was shot in 2008, most likely using interviews from 2007 and data from 2006.

That amazing documentary predicts a global slowdown …

are you ready for this …

…  in 2010.

The prediction is based solely on demographics. Counting noses to see where the nickels will flow.  So easy a caveman could predict it –  once you see the data and think through the ramifications with world class academes.

It is real, friends, and it is here.  Winter comes in July.

We, the West, have swown to the wind since the 1960’s.

The whirlwind is now almost upon us.  It is the grim reaper of empires.

See the next post if you want to better understand this global train wreck in progress.

Hope to see you at the library after we celebrate our freedom.   (Whatever that means to post modern America)

Edited with more details added June 16 . . .

The ArchAngel Institute will present a program, a symposium, on the evening of June 25, 2010 that will raise some very significant questions about your startling future and explain many of the national security threats that are now breaking — and will soon begin to break even harder — on our shores.

Remember US Representative Dingle stating that Obamacare was needed to “control the people?”  We think we know what he was thinking, and will share that message on Friday, June 25.

Worried about the future viability of our constitutional republic?  We think we have discovered one of its greatest challenges and will share that Friday, June 25.

Heard any rumors of marital law?  We think we know why that may be inevitable, and will share that message on Friday, June 25.

Those interested in issues affecting public safety, constitutional governance, national health care control and the future of our society will find this symposium of great interest.  Most of the topics explored on this website in the past years will find expression on this evening.

AI Board members will be present,  and AI Board member/spiritual director Father Glenn Korhman will address public policy issues of the greatest import.  AI Executive Director Bryan J. Brown, educated in sociology and constitutional law, will also address the significant issues raised in this evening of ontological shock.

It is your future under discussion, so do plan to come and get a glimpse of it.   The times, they are a-changin’.  Come out to see just how dramatically.  Some even say that revolution is calling.  You will understand why after this evening’s presentation of the significant rough water headed our way.

We hope to see you Friday evening, June 25.  Share this date with the most ardent constitutionalists or Christian activists that you know.  We will not disappoint.

More details will be released to our email and snail mail partners today and tomorrow.

And then on this website the week before the event.

Seating is limited.  Email and snail mail partners will receive first dibs on passes.

The event takes place on the south side of Fort Wayne on Friday evening, June 25 — in a very appropriate place.   More details to follow.

Want to ensure that you have a seat (limited to 200 attendees). THEN DO THIS:  Snail mail a request for tickets to 827 Webster Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802 ASAP.  Postcards inviting our snail mail partners to attend are hitting mailboxes today.

Happy Postmodern Mothers Day (the Pill turns 50)

Sunday, May 9th, 2010

USA Today, an official organ of political correctness in North America, recently “celebrated” Mother’s Day with a front page puff piece celebrating the 5oth anniversary of the birth control pill and its progeny, the sexual revolution.  Here is the link to that article.

To be fair to the secular progressives at USA Today, they did try to separate the advent of oral contraceptives from sexual license, but fell short as they described all of the benefits that derived from, in the words of the Magisterium, the separating of the unitive from the procreative.  Here is the link to a prophetic document warning the world of the harms that can arise out of the post-modern lust for sexual license.

Here is the abbreviated take on the USA Today celebration: (more…)

Dramatic foreshadowing … and an offer you can refuse

I have not yet posted much here from my United States Supreme Court filing other than the cover and question presented.  (Click here for that.)  I will, in time, post most all of the petition for certiorari  — which was filed on Ash Wednesday and denied on Passover eve.  (I found out of the denial on Good Friday — making for quite a Lent this year).

Given what went on a few  on Sunday afternoon’s back  in Congress — a violation of standard procedure on a Holy day toward the goal of killing the innocents (sound familiar?) – I have decided it just and mete to post one paragraph from what I attempted to get placed before the nine Justices of the SCOTUS.  This is from the section on the Establishment Clause: (more…)

“Your papers, please”

The Net is buzzing with rumors of preparation for martial law.

Michigan U.S. Congressman John Dingell claims that the nationalization of the health care delivery system — including the mental health authorities like Dr. Elizabeth Bowman and Dr.  Stephen Ross — is needed “to control the people.” Click here for that interview.

(As one already so “controlled”  I can offer an expert opinion on Big Brother’s love.  It ain’t warm and fuzzy.  See the Brown v. Bowman category on this website for details.)

And now another bill on marking us all with national identity cards:  http://thehill.com/homenews/senate/95235-democrats-spark-alarm-with-call-for-national-id-card

As we have reported, persecution can break out in America faster than anyone realizes.  Trust me, I know first hand.  Here is my claim to that title:  http://www.archangelinstitute.org/a-post-modern-heresy-trial-post-2-what-my-inquisitors-most-wanted-to-hear/

Here are warnings of a coming storm:  http://www.archangelinstitute.org/is-matyrdom-coming-to-america/

It is enough to cause me to rerun the following post from last summer:
I (Bryan) attended a seminar put on by the National Association of Attorneys General in Washington, D.C., a few years ago. The FTC (Federal Trade Commission) sent some attorneys over to brief us on the ever growing problem of identity theft and bank fraud. They spoke of biometrics — systems that tied identify directly to the person. Physical descriptions have been so used since the dawn of time. (Cain? Oh, he is the fellow with the pronounced brow ridge over there. Genesis 4:16) Gender (assuming there are only two), height, weight, eye color, etc. In the last century we discovered finger, thumb and hand prints. After that it was iris patterns and facial recognition software.

Most all of this was discussed by the FTC agents. They then spoke of a future system that would guarantee that merchants would never be fooled by identity theft, assuring a much more certain economy. Especially for online trading.

Afterward I sought them out and asked this question: “Given personal computers with fingerprint access, am I correct that all of the technology now exists to solve this problem, it is only the political will to make it happen that is lacking?”

Yes, was the reply.

And, I asked, “is that political will not a concern about a Big Brother State, and especially given the writings found in the last book of the Bible about a mark to buy and sell?”

Yes, they admitted, that is the source of much of the social resistance to biometrics.

I then told my friends that the system would come out of the East, for Asia had no such platform of individual rights, fear of Big Brother and concern about divine revelation via the Bible.

At the risk of thinking stereotypically, I have to share my opinion that this verse just does not mean all that much to the governments of China or India:

And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name…and his number is Six hundred & sixty-six. (Rev.13:15-18)

Click here for a news report on that I see as a major plank in the the soon coming global biometric plan. It is already begun in China and India. Here is how it will spread: First on paper, and then as implants. The global positioning satellites are flying overhead. The technology is here. As “terror” and identity fraud spreads across the dying West such biometrics will also spread. First as the “census” to get all enrolled, just like before the first coming of Christ, and then as a database tied to the government’s internet to track us all for purposes of social control.

Need some inspiration after all of that? May I suggest a careful reading of this?

LOOKS LIKE CONGRESS MIGHT HAVE A PLAN TO GET US CAUGHT UP WITH THE EAST ON THE TAGGING OF PEOPLE PROCESS.

Is America poised for judgment?

Sunday, March 7th, 2010

Today’s Gospel reading (click here) has the prophet (and so much more that that) Jesus the Christ (Anointed One) using current events to warn Jerusalem of a coming judgment.  He did this more than a few times, and, forty years after his warnings Jerusalem was a smoking ruin full of dead bodies.

We viewed such scenes of late in Haiti and Chile.  The Pacific Rim is trembling, and earthquakes seem to be increasing all over the world.

Consider the New Madrid fault. It went off in the early 1800’s and the ground in the midwest rose in three foot waves.

THANKSGIVING DAY 1814james_madison
BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA – A PROCLAMATION

The two Houses of the National Legislature having by a joint resolution expressed their desire that in the present time of public calamity and war a day may be recommended to be observed by the people of the United States as a day of public humiliation and fasting and of prayer to Almighty God for the safety and welfare of these States, His blessing on their arms, and a speedy restoration of peace, I have deemed it proper by this proclamation to recommend that Thursday, the 12th of January next, be set apart as a day on which all may have an opportunity of voluntarily offering at the same time in their respective religious assemblies their humble adoration to the Great Sovereign of the Universe, of confessing their sins and transgressions, and of strengthening their vows of repentance and amendment. They will be invited by the same solemn occasion to call to mind the distinguished favors conferred on the American people in the general health which has been enjoyed, in the abundant fruits of the season, in the progress of the arts instrumental to their comfort, their prosperity, and their security, and in the victories which have so powerfully contributed to the defense and protection of our country, a devout thankfulness for all which ought to be mingled with their supplications to the Beneficent Parent of the Human Race that He would be graciously pleased to pardon all their offenses against Him; to support and animate them in the discharge of their respective duties; to continue to them the precious advantages flowing from political institutions so auspicious to their safety against dangers from abroad, to their tranquillity at home, and to their liberties, civil and religious; and that He would in a special manner preside over the nation in its public councils and constituted authorities, giving wisdom to its measures and success to its arms in maintaining its rights and in overcoming all hostile designs and attempts against it; and, finally, that by inspiring the enemy with dispositions favorable to a just and reasonable peace its blessings may be speedily and happily restores.
Given at the city of Washington, the 16th day of November, 1814, and of the Independence of the United States the thirty-eighth.
JAMES MADISON

How different from modernist proclamations!  See President Obama’s right here.  (Read ‘em and weep.)

The Obamacoats are coming!

The Obamacoats are coming!

Here is the battle over state sovereignty being fought in DC right now.

Looks like we are one national emergency (declared by the Chief Executive) away from the end of the Tenth Amendment.

Anyone know of any looming national emergencies on the horizon?

Might be a good time to review some excerpts from the Declaration of Independence.  Click here to do just that.

The gathering storm clouds are upon us

Monday, July 27th, 2009

As we noted here (on the eve of the fateful 2008 election), Christian persecution can break out much more quickly than most realize.  Do not underestimate the hatred that the Leftists and the Elite have for us.  I (Bryan) have now lived through some the Left’s best early punches, and can assure the readers that I have met Leftists who very much want to punch very much harder.

Now, I am not talking crucifixions in the local sports arena or public floggings outside the synagogues as in the Acts of the Apostles.  In modern America the persecution will be professional and polite.  No license for therapists who believe that homosexuals can change their desires through Faith, no admittance to higher education for fundamentalists who put the Bible or Church teaching first.  No admission to  the state bar for Christian activists who are unwilling to abandon their passion for justice and willingness to speak truth to power.

A Proverb comes to mind:

‘The righteous detest the dishonest;
the wicked detest the upright.”

Proverbs 29:27

At the first of the year, even before our energetic national leader took the helm, Judge Robert Bork — a man who has taken more than his fair share of Left hooks — had some prophetic words about the coming Christian persecution.

We are there now.

Coming up next:  The “rest of the story” on my 1992 imprisonment for refusing to pledge my absolute and unreserved obedience to a federal judge and his unconstitutional orders.
