A changing of the guard ….

Thank to all who kindly welcomed TZ, a thought-out Christian willing to risk his reputation by hanging out here at the ArchAngel Institute.

I (Bryan) have been more than impressed by his analysis and writing.

And I am in dire need of a sabbatical from beating my head against this Wall.

So I have thrown the keys to this gateway to TZ. I do not plan to post again until the Seventh Circuit rules.

I plan to work on my new column for the News Sentinel, among other projects. Most will post on Facebook (Arch Angel Institute), some on Linkedin (Bryan J. Brown).

Thanks to those who have regularly read me out these past four plus years. You deserve a change. TZ is a change in the positive direction, so please lend him your gaze.

40 Days of Silence starts tomorrow

I have decided to once again give up blogging for Lent. I will break in with breaking news if Judge Teresa Springmann rules on the government’s motions to dismiss my pending case before Easter, but I do not expect such a ruling. I have decided that she is likely awaiting a ruling from the Southern District (of Indiana) Federal Court as to the ACLU’s facial challenge to the Indiana judiciary’s rules on the use of the Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program as a blunt mental health/political correctness assessment tool (read reeducation camp) against those deemed less-than-desirable by the Board of Law Examiners.

For any new to this site, I am a Kansas-licensed attorney (since 1996) admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and cleared as to fitness by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (in 2006) who was found less than desirable (by the Indiana Supreme Court) for my lifelong dedication to YHWH and my thirty years of actively resisting the culture of death. I was offered repeated opportunities to deny my faith and my Lord and I repeatedly refused. Thus I am not a licensed Indiana attorney this day.

I instead “sang, sang, sang” to paraphrase Chris Tomlin. As every Christian must do, as the Holy Spirit moves us to do! Jesus is LORD is not primarily a religious statement, it is primarily a statement of governance. I said that to the Indiana authorities and for my insolence they have denied me a law license for seven years.
